Ingredients
1 box bowtie or fusilli pasta
1 cup cubed Feta cheese
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thawed frozen green peas
1/4+ cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1+ tablespoon dry basil or 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil the pasta till it is al dente. (do not overcook pasta). Drain well. Place pasta in large bowl and add remainder of the ingredients and toss. May be served warm or cold.
