Ingredients
2 cups self rising flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup wesson oil
1 tsp vanilla
Icing:
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp buttermilk
3 tbsp cocoa
1 box powdered sugar ( sifted )
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Cake: Mix flour and sugar
Heat margarine, cocoa, oil and water until boiling
Pour hot mixture over flour and sugar and mix well
Add butttermilk, baking soda, eggs and vanilla
Pour into 9x13 pan and bake 30 min at 350 degrees
Icing: Mix margarine, cocoa and buttermild - heat until boiling
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla
Pour over cake while both are hot
