Ingredients

Ripe Tomatoes (4)

Bread crumbs (1 c)

Chopped Garlic (2-3 cloves)

Italian seasoning (1 Tbsp)

Salt and Pepper

EVOO

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix first five ingredients in bowl
  • Slice tomatoes in half and place face up on baking sheet
  • Top each tomato with bread crumb mixture
  • Sprinkle with EVOO, salt, and pepper
  • Bake 20 mins until bread crumbs are browned
