Ingredients
2 lb. can bing cherries seeded & drained
2 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
2C of juices plus water
1 3oz. pkg. black cherry jello
1 3oz. pkg. raspberry or cherry jello
2C 7-up
1 small cream cheese 3oz.
1C celery finely diced
1C walnuts coarsely chopped
1/2 C flaked coconut
Preparation
heat juice to boiling, pour over both gelatins, stir until dissolved. add 7-up, chill until slightly thickened. break up or beat cream cheese until soft & creamy and add it to fruit and nuts and celery and coconut. fold into jello chill until firm
