Ingredients
Oats (1/2 c)
Skim Milk (1/2 c)
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (1/2 c)
Apple (1/2 c diced)
Banana (1/2 c sliced)
Almonds (1/4 c)
Strawberries (1/2 c sliced)
Honey (1 tbsp - optional)
other fruits, nuts and dried fruit may be used to preference
Preparation
Combine oats and skim milk in a bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. Just before eating, mix in the yogurt, honey (if desired for extra sweetness), and all desired fresh fruits and nuts. Dried fruit may be added but will significantly increase the natural sugar. To lower the calories, leave out the honey and the banana. After mixing well, divide into two bowls and enjoy cold!
