Ingredients
1 ½ cups Biscuit Mix
½ cup water
½ stick melted butter
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 F
- Lightly grease a baking pan
- Mix biscuit mix, and water in a large bowl to form a soft dough with a wooden spoon
- Sprinkle a light coating of flour on a clean surface
- Knead dough 10 times
- Pat dough to ½ " thickness
- Cut with a biscuit cutter
- Place biscuit on the greased baking pan and brush with melted butter
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
