Ingredients
1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick
4 c. cheddar cheese – shredded
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1" balls. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet with sides for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan and serve warm.
