Ingredients

1 Bunch Fresh Parsley

1 Handful Fresh Mint

1/2 tsp. Capers

6 Anchovy Fillets

1 Clove Garlic

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

5 tsp. Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. White Wine Vinegar

Preparation

Chop 1st 5 ingredients finely. Mix in remaining 3 ingredients. Salt & pepper to taste.
