3# Semi-Sweet Butter
4T Butter
1C. Preserves
4T Brandy
1.5# Semi Sweet Chocolate for Dipping
Preparation
In a Water bath melt chocolate and butter, warm cream and mix ingredients together. Chill and Roll with purple scoop. chill to set, let come up to room temp and dip into chocolate, store in egg carts with plastic wrap. toppings are optional.
