Ingredients

chicken thigh fillets - 1 kg

light soya sauce - 6 tbsp

dark soya sauce or caramel sauce - 2 tbsp

brown sugar - 2 heaped tbsp

honey - 3 tbsp

sesame oil - 1 tbsp

garlic - 3 cloves, chopped

pepper - 2 dashes

cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

Get a flat-based oven/microwave safe dish large enough for the chicken. Cut the chicken fillets into palm sized pieces. Place the chicken pieces into the dish, then add all the above ingredients into the disk and mix well. Place the dish in an oven at 200C for 90 mins, make sure to turn all the pieces over every 20 mins.
