Ingredients
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
.5 bunch of cilantro
1 juice of lime
.5 jalopeno pepper
.5 red pepper
.25 red onion
.25 cup red wine vinegar
Preparation
Drain and rinse black beans, drain tomatoes and chop to smaller chunks, drain corn, chop the jalopeno, red pepper and red onion and add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix.
