Ingredients
1 can black beans
2/3 c. frozen corn
1 chopped plum tomato
1/2 c. diced red pepper
2 chopped green onions
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
juice of 1/2 a lime
juice of 1/2 a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
