Ingredients
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 12 oz. bag frozen corn
1 avocado, chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 red bell pepper, chipped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup lime juice (2 sqeezed limes)
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least two hours. Break out the chips and enjoy!
