Ingredients
2 15oz cans black beans
1 bag white rice
4 large flour tortillas
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1 tablespoon garlic
1 medium onion chopped
Preparation
Saute onion,garlic, and peppers in olive oil until tender. Add in black beans and white rice and season with salt and pepper for taste. For spicier burritos, add more jalapenos. Stir in cream cheese until thoroughly mixed. Spoon mixture into warm tortillas and enjoy.
