Ingredients
1 tin Black Beans, Rinsed
1 TBSP Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Jalapeno, diced (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to food processor, and blend well.
