Ingredients
2 cans of drained black beans
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of cumin powder
2 teaspoons of salt
Preparation
Put the beans on to cook on medium-high in a pot. After 4 minutes add the red pepper flakes and the vinegar. After 3 more minutes the beans should start to take on a slightly pasty substance add the garlic and onion powder. After 2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in the cumin and the salt. Add to other quesadillas ingredients, cook and enjoy!
