Ingredients
1 medium mango, peeled and diced or1 cup chopped seeded peeled papaya
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/4 cup minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon lime juice or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
1 (14-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 jalapeno, finely chopped (seeded and ribbed for less heat)

Chop all and mix together. Chill and serve.
