Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash original seasoning
2 tablespoons tahini
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender until smooth.
