Ingredients
1 can black beans
1.5 cups frozen corn
1.5 cups red pepper
1 cup green pepper
1 cup red onion
.25 cup mayo
.5 cup sour cream
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
Parsley as desired
Preparation
Chop up the peppers and onion and put into a bowl. Add the frozen corn, mayo, sour cream, red wine vinegar, chili powder and parsley. Stir up. Enjoy!
