Ingredients

15 oz (1 can) black beans, rinsed and drained

10 oz (1 can) tomatoes & green chiles

1 can shoepeg corn

1 avocado, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

0.5 cup cilantro, chopped

1 bunch green onions, chopped

0.25 cup white wine vinegar

3 tbsp lime juice

1 clove garlic

0.25 tsp cumin

Chili powder to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Serve with tortilla chips
