Ingredients
2 cans black beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can corn
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic,chopped
juice from one fresh lemon
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
