Ingredients
1 tbsp EVOO
1 link spicy chicken sausage
1 large onion
1 red bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
2 15 oz cans black beans
2 cups chx broth
1 canned chipotle, minced
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp lime zest
4 tsps lime juice
1/4 tsp honey (optional)

Preparation
brown sausage, set aside
saute onion, garlic, cumin and oregano, add red pepper.
add beans, broth, chipotle and simmer for 5 minutes
combine sour cream, lime zest, 1 tsp lime juice and honey, set aside.
Puree soup, add back to pot with sausage, stir in remaining lime juice. Serve with lime sour cream dollop.
