Ingredients

2 cans of black beans

1 carrot, diced

1 celery stock, diced

1/2 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves

Cumin

Chili Powder

Cayenne

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Saute carrot, onion, and celery till softened. Stir in garlic and saute one minute more. Add beans, sprinkle in spices, and add chicken stock to cover beans. Allow to simmer gently till flavors have melded.
