Ingredients
250 - 300 g of blackberries
1 L of red wine
1/2 cup (125 ml) of sweet syrup (1)
500 g of ice (2)
Preparation
First of all, the blackberries are perfectly cleaned. They are poured into the blender’s vase, as well as the wine. Then, everything is smashed and mixed.
In order to avoid the little seeds from the blackberries since they can be annoying while driking the beverage, the mixture is filtered through a sieve.
Afterwards, the vase is washed to get rid of any remaining seeds and in it, the mixture is poured again but this time the sweet syrup and the ice (or mineral water) are added. One more time, the mixture is smashed and mixed and ready to be served.
