Ingredients

1-12oz can Glory Black eye peas

1/2 cup each Red & Yellow cherry tomatoes (quartered)

1 cup Fresh Green Beans(cooked)

1 small red onion (diced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Olive oil

Salt,Pepper to taste

1/2 cup Parsley (chopped)

Preparation

In a large bowl add Peas,tomatoes,green beans,onion,garlic,parsley. Take a spoon and fold ingredients trying not to break peas sprinkle with salt and pepper drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
