Ingredients

one lb. black pepper fettucine

nasturtium leaves and flowers

arugula

4 ounces goat cheese

olive oil

Preparation

heat olive oil in skillet and add mixed greens, stirring about 1 minute. boil fettucine unitl al dente. Drain and return to pot. over low heat mix in goat cheese and garnish with nasturtium flowers. Seve immediately.
