Ingredients

2 or 3 medium-sized cardamom pods, crushed

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of tamarind paste

25 ml of water

15 ml of sour mix

1 jigger of vodka

1/4 teaspoon of squid ink

Fleur de Sel

Ice cubes

Equipment: Cocktail shaker

Preparation

Crush the cardamom pods in a mortal and pestle. In a cocktail shaker, combine the the crushed cardamom with sugar. Add the tamarind paste, water and the sour mix and muddle. Combine the vodka, squid ink and ice cubes to the cardamom mix, shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass rimmed with Fleur de Sel.
