Ingredients
Mini Marshmallows
1/2 tbs. Vanilla Extract
4 tbs. Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Powder
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Heavy Cream
1 c. Water
3 c. Milk (Whole works best)
Preparation
In a medium saucepan mix Cocoa Powder and sugar. Slowly mix in water, stir over medium low heat. Wait for the mixture to boil. Add vanilla, and stir consistently for 2 minutes. Add milk and heavy cream. Stir until scalding. Serve with marshmallows.
