Ingredients
2 red plums, pitted and thinly sliced
1 cup blackberries, plus more for serving
3/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, plus more for serving
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
32 ounces lemon soda (such as Sanpellegrino)
Preparation
In a bowl, muddle plums, blackberries, basil leaves, and sugar until fruit has broken down. Add lemon soda and stir to combine. Strain into a pitcher, pressing down on solids. Serve over ice with more berries and basil sprigs.
