Ingredients

PORK CHOP:

2 pork chops

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 lemon slice.

SAUCE:

1/2 cups white wine

4 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp thyme

Preparation

Simmer the white wine, oil, butter, blackberries, honey and thyme on a low heat until boiling. Add the pork chops to the pan with the sauce and cook for 5-7 minute (or until cooked thoroughly) flipping every couple of minutes. Plate the pork chops and pour the extra sauce over them. Now you have delicious pork chops.
