Ingredients
1 qt blackberries, drained
1 C sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 C sugar
8 tbsp milk
2 C sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Add sugar to blackberries and mix well, then put in 375º oven to heat while mixing rest of pudding. Beat your egg thoroughly, then add other ingredients and cream well. Add 8 Tbsp milk then add flour salt and baking powder. Combine as quickly as possible and pour over heated berries and bake until done in a 375º oven. Serve with whipped cream.
