boneless skinless chicken breast
cyanne pepper
chilli powder
garlic powder
onion powder
onion salt
Preparation
mix ingrediants in bowl to taste(major ingrediant should be the chilli/cyanne pepper) and heavy pad the seasoning into the chicken breast on both sides. heast up a pan with olive oil on stove and cook chicked on simmer for 20min. slow cook on 3-6 depending on stove. should take 15min at a minimun to cook.
