Ingredients
5 lb yellow squash
3 T melted butter
2 eggs
1 C bread crumbs
1/4 C sugar
2 T dehydrated onions
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Boil squash in water 3 to 5 min. until tender Drain well. Mash slightly in large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in 3 qt greased casserole and bake uncovered 350 degrees 15 to 20 min.
