Ingredients

4oz Italian bread crumbs

2.5oz crumbled Gorgonzola

.5oz chopped parsley

.5oz chopped chives

3 chopped garlic cloves

1/4t. ground white pepper

10 6oz center cut fillets

Preparation

in food processor combine to a fine crumb mixture. Saute or grill the fillets ,w/ Canadian steak seasoning,let cool to room temp, top with crumb mixture, and finish in oven at service, finish with demi.
