Ingredients
8 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1/3 C. chopped red onion
1/4 C. toasted chopped pecans or walnuts (I always use pecans)
3 Tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1/3 C. olive oil
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
dash cayenne
Preparation
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl and then sprinkle over platter.
Mix next 4 ingredients and drizzle over platter.
Serve with pretzel ritz (yes, they are perfect for the flavors)
