Ingredients
hamburger patties (however many needed to serve, need 2 hamburger patties for 1 sandwich.
Tbls dry bleu cheese (per burger)
Mushrooms, canned
worchestire sauce, for flavor
Preparation
Saute mushrooms on grill and set to side.
Take hamburger patty and put Tbls dry bleu cheese in center of burger, Top with the other patty and pinch sides together to seal cheese in center.
Grill burger on both sides adding drops of worchestire sauce for added flavor.
when done top with saute mushrooms and onions if wanted and other additional toppings of choice.
