Ingredients

12 frozen cheese blintzes

4 T. orange juice

¼ C. melted margarine

2 t. vanilla

2 C. sour cream

4 T. sugar

6 eggs

cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Brush the blintzes with margarine. Arrange in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Beat together the sour cream, eggs, orange juice, vanilla and sugar. Pour this mixture over the blintzes and refrigerate overnight.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.  Bake for about 45 minutes at 350.  Serve with dollops of sour cream and fresh berries or canned fruit.  Serves 8 - 12.
