Ingredients
2 or 3 packages of different blintzes defrosted
.75 stick of melted margarine
1 large container of sour cream
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon-as much as you want
Preparation
pour melted margarine into baking dish place blintzes on top beat together the sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour over blintzes sprinkle cinnamon on top bake in a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes Notes: To serve cut across all 3 blintzes so you can each type
