1 c Guinness
1 tbsp garlic cloves
1.5 oz soy sauce
1 tbsp onion onion
2 tsp worchestershire
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
Preparation
Marinade overnight. Hat smoker to 225, remove ribs, apply rub, cook 5 to 6 hours until done.foil after 3 hrs and pour 1/2 c Guinness in foil.
