Ingredients
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Packed light brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Preparation
Mix together well the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In saucepan, melt margarine; remove from heat. Stir in sugar until well mixed. Beat in egg and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour mixture, then nuts. Spread in greased 8 by 8 by 2-inch pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool
