Ingredients

5 egg yolks

zest from 5 blood oranges

juice from 5 blood oranges

4T Pomegranated Balsamic

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup white onion

8 mint leaves

1 cup blood orange e.v.o.o.

1 cup Australian Hojiblanca e.v.o.o.

Preparation

Add all ingredients secept oil to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Blend on low while slowly adding oil until emulsified.
