Ingredients

16 - 20 cherry tomatoes

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbles

1/2 C mayo

1/3 C green onions, chpd

3 T Parmesan, grated

2 T fresh parsley, chpd

Preparation

Cut top off tomatoes and discard pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towel to drain. Mix remaining ingred. Spoon into tomatoes and chill
