Ingredients

6 strips of bacon, cooked, cut into 1" pieced

a pint of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

a head of romaine lettuce, shredded

sour dough cut into 1/2" cubes

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

4 tbp olive oil

salt, pepper

crushed garlic

Preparation

dressing: 1/4 c. red wine vinegar+1 tbp oil+salt and pepper to taste

croutons: mix 3 tbp oil + crushed garlic. Toss the bread cubes. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

salad: combine the lettuce and dressing. Top with tomatoes, bacon, and croutons.
