3 slices bacon 

2 slices white sandwich bread, lightly toasted 

1 tablespoon light mayonnaise 

2 large leaves Bibb lettuce 

2 thick slices beefsteak tomato 

Preparation

Heat a medium skillet over medium, and cook bacon, turning occasionally, until crisp, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.
