Ingredients

Rolls:

4 Ciabatta Rolls

Olive oil

Salt

Toppings:

4 Red onion slices

Romaine lettuce

Sriracha Mayonnaise:

1 Tbs Sriracha

4 Tbs Mayonnaise

Burger:

1 Red onion

1 egg

3 lbs, 90% lean ground beef

Salt

Fresh cracked pepper

1 Tbs Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Cajun Magic

1 wedge of bleu cheese

Preparation

Prepare the fixin’s

  • Slice each ciabatta roll in to 2. Brush with olive oil. Salt.
  • Rip off one slice of lettuce per burger
  • Mix Sriracha and mayonnaise
  • Pre-slice bleu cheese

Prepare the burgers:

  • Chop onion finely
  • Mix all ingredients by hand
  • Shape into 4 patties
  • Grill over high flame until medium-rare
  • Before burgers are cooked place oiled ciabatta on grill
  • Place bleu cheese slices on warm burgers
