Ingredients
1.2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick), at room temperature
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together. Chill until you can roll it into a log with plastic wrap. Refridgerate until solid. Slice off a disc and top the steak before serving. Can be kept in the fridge for several days or can be frozen.
