Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 TBS sour cream

2 TBS Half & Half

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 TBS Olive Oil

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 pound white cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)

2 medium carrots, peeled and grated

1 small red onion, diced

1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped

Preparation

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, half & half, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne in a large bowl until combined

Add cabbage, blue cheese, carrot, onion and parsley to dressing and toss to coat
