Ingredients
1 c mayonaise
1 c sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix until uniform. If you prefer chunks of blue cheese, mix all but blue cheese until creamy, adding blue cheese at end and pulsing to your preferred texture. Refrigerate for two hours before serving for flavors to meld and for best consistency.
