Ingredients
4 oz Blue Cheese
4 oz Sharp Chedder Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese
8 Tbsp butter (1/4 lb)
1 loaf bread - crust removed and cut into approx 1" cubes
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 375
Mix and melt all the ingredients in the top of a double boiler, stirring to combine.
Dip the bread cubes in the melted cheese mixture and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 10 min or until slightly browned on the bottom.
Serve hot
