Ingredients
Ceviche
2 lb sushi grade blue marlin or swordfish, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 jicama, diced
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 cups lime juice
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups tequila
1 cup coconut milk
salt
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup minced scallions
1 cup tortilla chips
Preparation
in a nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients thru salt. Cover, and let sit in fridge for 5 hours. Serve garnished with avocado, scallion and tortilla chips.
